Return products

• You have the right to return the products you purchased and to request their replacement in all cases where with the proven fault of the company Agorao you have been delivered products other than or substantially different from what you ordered.
• You have the right to return within 14 days food that has not expired or is spoiled in accordance with the right of withdrawal from distance contracts based on N.2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A.Z1-891/2013).

Food

• Returns : In cases where no mistake has been made by Agorao, they are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Fruits – Vegetables – Organic : Prices of fruits, vegetables and organic products vary from day to day.
